Benedict College in South Carolina Offers a New Group of Online Certificate Programs

Benedict College, a historically Black educational institution in Columbia, South Carolina, is partnering with Aperion Global Institute to launch a series of online, noncredit courses designed to prepare professionals, entrepreneurs, small business owners and lifelong learners for today’s competitive and changing global market. Accessible through the Benedict College Virtual Learning website, students will have the opportunity to receive professional development certifications in programs such as cybersecurity, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, supply chain management and more.

All courses are noncredit and offered online for as low as $99. They are accessible from any mobile device, tablet, laptop, or computer. The programs are available to all learners 24-hours a day, year-round, across the globe, and there is no admission or application required for acceptance.

Roslyn Clark Artis, president of Benedict College, stated that “at this critical time in our nation, professionals and small business owners are also looking ahead to diversify their professional skills, and we believe that this catalog of specialized professional certifications can help professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and students build sustainable and resilient career paths.”
