Dionne Hall was promoted to director of the Counseling and Personal Development Center at Fayetteville State University in North Carolina. For the past five years, she has been a certified licensed counselor at the university.
Hall earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hampton University in Virginia. She holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C.
Quinton Clay was appointed vice president for enrollment management and marketing at Fontbonne University in St. Louis. Since 2018, he has served as director of undergraduate admissions at Northern Illinois University.
Clay is a graduate of Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, where he majored in public relations and communication arts. He earned a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from St. Bonaventure University in Allegany, New York.
Dawn S. Booker is the new director of strategic communications at Bennett College in Greensboro, North Carolina. She has served as an adjunct professor of journalism and media studies at Bennett College since 2011 and in a strategic communications leadership advisory role for the past year.
Booker holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations from West Virginia University and a master’s degree in global communications from The American University in Paris.
