Two HBCUs Sign Business Degree Agreement

Grambling State University in Louisiana has entered into an agreement with the Shreveport campus of Southern University that will make it easier for graduates of two-year programs at the Southern University campus to transfer and complete their bachelor’s degrees at Grambling.

Under the agreement, students who complete an associate’s degree at Southern University Shreveport in the fields of business management, event management, or accounting can transfer to the bachelor’s degree in business program at Grambling with all their credits being applied to the four-year degree program.

In Memoriam: Nathan Howard Cook, 1939-2024

Dr. Cook was a longtime faculty member and administrator at Lincoln University of Missouri. A full professor of biology, he held several leadership roles including vice president for academic affairs.
