Britt Hudson has been appointed dean of students at Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Indiana.
Hudson first joined the university in 2019 and most recently served as interim dean of students and assistant dean of students. Throughout the past six years, she has provided leadership for various student support services, strengthened cross-campus partnerships, and championed initiatives that enhance student engagement, persistence, and holistic care. Before joining the Purdue University Northwest community, Hudson held several leadership roles in residence life at the University of Northern Iowa.
Hudson received her bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Indianapolis and her master’s degree in student affairs and higher education from Indiana State University.
