Llewellyn J. Cornelius was named the Donald L. Hollowell Distinguished Professor of Social Justice and Civil Rights Studies at the University of Georgia School of Social Work. He was a professor of social work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Dr. Cornelius is the co-author of Designing and Conducting Health Surveys: A Comprehensive Guide (Jossey-Bass, 2006).
Professor Cornelius holds two master’s degree and a doctorate from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago.
Elicia Cowins is a new assistant professor of accounting at the Ernest Williams School of Commerce, Economics and Politics at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. She was a visiting professor at Georgia State University in Atlanta.
Dr. Cowins is a graduate of Florida A&M University in Tallahassee. She hold a master’s degree in accounting from Florida State University and a Ph.D. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jimmie Witt was named an assistant professor of process operations technology at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, Illinois. He has been an adjunct professor at Lewis and Clark Community College and Ranken Technical College in St. Louis.
Witt is a graduate of Lewis and Clark Community College and holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
