THE POSITION
The Director develops and supports programs for parents and families of undergraduate students and undergraduate alumnae/I that promotes a lifelong relationship with the College. The Director should have comprehensive experience of and an understanding of the many ways in which families rely upon and contribute to the College. The Director participates on the CE Leadership Team and manages the Associate Director of Student and Young Alumnae/i Engagement.
Bachelor’s degree required with five to seven years in parent or alumnae/i engagement and/or fundraising, preferably in a college or university setting. Experience in analyzing data, and fundraising/volunteer management tolls such as GiveCampus. Volunteer management experience essential.
The salary range is $80,000 – $95,000 annually depending on experience.
