The AVP serves as a key member of the Finance and Administration senior leadership team and will provide strategic and operational leadership for a broad portfolio that includes the College’s financial planning and budgeting, accounting, procurement, cash and debt management, investments, endowment operations, real estate, and grants and trust administration.

Reporting directly to the Vice President for Enrollment, the Enrollment Slate Captain is responsible for central coordination of all projects and functions in Slate, the Division’s Customer Relationship Management system.

Serve as lifeguard for Bryn Mawr College Pool. During the winter of 2026, the pool serves a variety of community and outside groups along with recreational swimming for the Bryn Mawr Community.

Performs a variety of duties associated with the preparation and service of meals and special events within a specific dining hall. Assists in general cleaning of the dining hall.

The HR Coordinator will be a proactive change agent with Workday experience, ensuring timely and accurate data entry related to employee compensation, benefits, and other personnel matters.

Reporting to the Director of Athletics, Physical Education and Wellness with oversight by Associate Athletic Director, the Administrative Assistant supports the Athletics leadership team and coaching staff in support of 12 Division III varsity sports.

The Director of Health Services is responsible for managing all aspects of student health services at the college.

The Bookshop Associate works together with the store Director and Assistant Director to foster a warm, welcoming, and serene environment for the Bryn Mawr College community.

Bryn Mawr College has an opening for an Administrative Receptionist in Counseling Services. This is a benefits-eligible, 10-month position that works 37.5 hours during the academic year from late August - May with summers off.

Directs the Collection Management and Discovery group, encompassing Acquisitions, Cataloging & Metadata, Continuing Resources, and Interlibrary Loan.

The Assistant Registrar supports the Registrar’s Office and the Enrollment Division in the functions of registration, curriculum planning, grading and registration for all programs (Graduate, Undergraduate, and Postbaccalaureate).

This position requires skilled work in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial heating ventilation and air-conditioning equipment and controls.

In close partnership with President Cadge and other college leadership, the VPER will be responsible for identifying and building strategic relationships with external partners to raise the college’s visibility, reputation, and relationships locally, regionally, and nationally.

Reporting to the VP of Communications and Marketing, the AVP will lead an integrated editorial content team charged with creating content that enhances the college's reputation and name recognition.
