With an undergrad and graduate student population of over 26,000, our enrollment is at a record high. We have a strong financial position, with a balanced budget and a strong reserve. We are wrapping up a successful two-year academic realignment that has invigorated campus – without compromising our academic offerings or cutting positions. In fact, we have doubled down on arts and humanities by creating a new college that focuses just on that.
The provost who has served since July 2022 is stepping down. The university is seeking a new provost and vice president for academic affairs who can take the reins of this evolving academic area and continue its upward trajectory.
