The incoming Provost will lead crucial planning for student success, strategic enrollment management, and financial stability.

This position encompasses overseeing academic affairs, managing student concerns, and ensuring adherence to Graduate Council policies.

The Provost reports directly to the President and serves as the chief academic and student affairs officer with primary responsibilities to guide all aspects of teaching, learning, and student achievement for the multi-college statewide system.

This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with state licensure regulations, coordinating licensure operations, analyzing licensure data, and supporting students through the licensure process.

The Director of Special Projects leads and executes strategic initiatives as well as short and long-term projects of varying size, scope and scale to advance academic priorities and operational excellence of Brown University.

The Associate Provost will provide leadership, strategic planning, and administrative oversight for the units within Academic Affairs that support academic innovation and programs, including the Office of Academic Programs and Planning, the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology, International Education, University Honors Program, and the academic component of Service Learning.
