The Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam is pleased to invite applications for a full-time tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of Music History and Secondary Area to begin August 2025. Duties include: Teaching music history survey courses; Teaching courses and/or lessons in secondary area of expertise; Other courses as determined by the School of Music including those related to SUNY Potsdam’s General Education Program; Student advising, service, and continued professional engagement are expected as part of the position; This position may require teaching during evening/weekend hours, online, or at off-site locations.
