Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of two (2) years full-time work experience or four (4) years part-time work or internships in higher education with direct experience working with a campus conduct program, social work, counseling, advising, or student advocacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in college student personnel, higher education administration, or a closely related field (counselor education, social work, educational administration)
- Demonstrated ability to adjudicate/investigate complex cases such as physical assault, weapons, drugs, and/or over-intoxication
- Experience in crisis intervention and successful conflict resolution
- Experience working with students in crisis/managing complex situations involving students, faculty, staff, community partners, and parents/families
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and inclusivity
