The Vice President will work to create and sustain an environment of collaboration and excellence, motivating employees and cultivating productive, synergistic relationships across Viterbo’s vibrant community.

The CWO, working closely with other leaders across the university, will lead the development and implementation of a holistic, multidisciplinary strategy for student health and well-being, integrating well-being into all facets of the Marquette student experience and aligning with Marquette's strategic plan "Guided by Mission, Inspired by Change."

Reporting to the President, the VPBF/CFO is the chief financial officer and oversees all business and finance operations: budget matters, investments and endowments, auxiliary services (including dining services, hotel, and conferencing activities), operation of the physical plant (including maintenance, campus master planning, and construction), risk and property management (including the college’s insurance programs), and human resources.

The Vice President for Advancement will be an experienced advancement professional with a successful track record as a major and/or principal gift fund raiser.
