Chair of the Department of Environmental Health Sciences

The Chair of the Department of Environmental Health Sciences will head a department with a diverse and ambitious research portfolio and foster the success of faculty members, post-doctoral fellows, masters, and Ph.D. students in collaboration with other units and investigators within and outside Stempel College.

Assistant Professor – Avian Field Ecologist with Emphasis in Wildlife Conservation and Management

The successful candidate will be required to create and maintain a robust research agenda focused on applied avian ecology that informs resource management and conservation.

Assistant Professor – Environmental Education & Outreach

The successful candidate will be required to create and maintain an applied research and evaluation agenda investigating a wide range of impacts of diverse EE-related programs and experiences, examining the factors that lead to successful participant outcomes for diverse audiences (e.g., environmental literacy, ocean literacy), and building the capacity of practitioners to enhance their work.
