The Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources and Compliance is responsible for providing leadership and centralized support for District compliance with all requirements under California and other federal civil rights and state laws and matters pertaining to discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence.

Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administration and working closely with the senior leadership team of the College, the new AVP-HR will have the opportunity to transform a vitally important function in one of the leading liberal arts colleges in the country.

The Benefits Data Specialist supports day-to-day operations in benefits administration. This includes verifying, moving and trouble-shooting large amounts of data used in a cloud-based human resources/payroll system covering 4,800+ active employees and 6000+ former employees.

This position manages the staff leave of absence function and manages the staff and faculty accommodation function.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Employee and Labor Relations, the Assistant Director, Employee Relations plays a crucial role in supporting a positive and productive work environment by providing expert guidance, support, and oversight in all matters related to employee relations.
