Under the general supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, provide technical direction to Payroll Technicians and serve as a lead to staff responsible for the performance of payroll-related duties, and perform the most complex payroll functions.

The Student Payroll Specialist supports the efficient operation of Kutztown University's student employment and payroll functions and reports directly to the Payroll Operations Manager.

Analyzes, prepares, and performs technical accounting and financial data entry and record keeping activities involving the preparation, processing and maintenance of the College's payroll for administrative, academic faculty, classified, hourly, and special payrolls.
