Haverford College invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Philosophy to begin Fall 2027. The Department of Philosophy seeks a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor beginning Fall semester, 2027.

The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in philosophy, or a closely related field, and will have a research focus in one or more of the following areas: non-Western philosophy (especially Islamic and Arabic philosophy, African/Africana philosophy, Asian philosophy), Continental philosophy, philosophy of science (broadly construed), philosophy of social science, or applied ethics.

The Department of Philosophy at Carleton College invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor starting on September 1, 2027. Members of groups traditionally under-represented in Philosophy are encouraged to apply.
