The Joint Engineering and Physics Instrument Shop fabricates high precision components in support of the research and teaching activities of the engineering and physics departments.

The Director has primary responsibility for leadership by working with staff and faculty toward a shared vision for LASP, developing new ideas and strategies for its future, overseeing its management, business development, and financial operations, and fulfilling LASP’s mission of training the next generation of diverse interdisciplinary space scientists.

We are accepting applications on an on-going basis for future consideration for part-time instructors at any of our three colleges (Oxnard, Moorpark, and Ventura).
