The Associate Dean of Students will serve as a key member of the newly formed Dean of Students Office leadership team, providing visionary, strategic, and operational leadership to ensure all Emory University students have access to essential needs, resources, and support systems for academic and personal success.

The director of the Asian Student Center will be well-practiced in evidence-based student-centered program development, highly collaborative, and have at least five years of progressive leadership experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.

Reporting directly to the associate dean of students, Dr. Ashley L. Brown, the three directors will serve as key members of the Belonging and Community Justice leadership team within the broader context of Emory Campus Life.

The Director for Financial Aid and Scholarships will be expected to lead a dedicated team responsible for administering a financial aid program consisting of federal, state, and institutional funds that exceed $140 million annually and serves over 5,700 undergraduates, 2,700 graduate, and 2,090 professional students.

Through collaborations across the broader university, the Director of Emory First is tasked with the alignment of university efforts to assist with the matriculation of first-generation and low-and-limited income students.

The Director will serve as a member of the Office of Commercialization, supporting and facilitating faculty, researchers, and doctoral students in launching successful startups and encouraging commercialization efforts in greater ways.
