Phyllis Worthy Dawkins Named Provost at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania
Dr. Dawkins was provost, senior vice president for academic affairs, and professor of education at Dillard University in New Orleans. Earlier she held several positions at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Dillard University Offering Courses to High School Students
Dillard University in New Orleans has announced the establishment of its Course Choice program. The program is administered by the state of Louisiana and allows high school students to take courses at Dillard that earns them both high school and college credits.

Historically Black Dillard University and Texas Chiropractic College Form an Educational Alliance
Under the agreement, students will study for three years at Dillard University. Those that have performed up to academic standards will then transfer to Texas Chiropractic College for three additional years of study.
