Derrick Gragg Named Vice President and Director of Athletics at the University of Tulsa

graggThe University of Tulsa in Oklahoma has announced that Derrick Gragg has been appointed vice president and director of athletics at the university. For the past seven years, Dr. Gragg has been the director of intercollegiate athletics at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti. He has previously held administrative roles at the University of Arkansas, the University of Michigan, the University of Missouri, and Vanderbilt University.

A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Dr. Gragg is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he majored in human development and was a wide receiver for the university’s football team. He holds a master’s degree in sports administration from Wayne State University and a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Arkansas.
