New Academic Developments at Morgan State University

Morgan_State_University_1Morgan State University, the historically Black educational institution in Baltimore, has announced that it will launch a new Ph.D. program in transportation and urban infrastructure systems. The new doctoral program will be housed in the School of Engineering at the university.

The university has also announced that it will now hold commencement exercises in December at the conclusion of the fall semester. In the past, students who had completed their studies during the fall semester had to wait until May to get their degrees.
