Union College, a nationally recognized, distinguished liberal arts college, seeks an exceptional Dean of Admissions to oversee Union’s admission strategy. In partnership with the Director of Admissions, the new Dean will manage all aspects of recruitment and selection, and improve upon efforts to attract a high quality and diverse group of students to the College. Reporting to the Vice President for Admissions, Financial Aid, and Enrollment and serving on his senior enrollment leadership team along with the Director of Enrollment & Operations and the Director of Financial Aid, the selected candidate will offer leadership in undergraduate admissions by guiding a team of eleven, managing all functions and daily operations.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation for the position is expected to be between $150,000 – $170,000 depending on experience; consult with the NES search team for insights. 

Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
