The Senior Career Advisor leads career coaching and support strategy for students pursuing one or more business specializations in the Fisher College of Business.

The dean of the Barney School of Business provides the creative vision for the school and uses decisive leadership skills to help realize, maintain, and fortify that vision.

Reporting to the provost, the dean is the chief academic and executive officer of the Chaifetz School of Business and serves as a member of the University’s academic leadership team.

In collaboration with the School Directors, the Dean provides leadership, vision, and strategic priorities for all aspects of the College, including curricular programming, scholarship and faculty development, policies and procedures, fundraising, and community engagement.

The dean will join at an opportune time to engage faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other partners in setting forth goals and a plan to help the Harbert College of Business "be recognized nationally as one of the elite public business schools in the country."

The next Dean, in collaboration with the faculty, staff, students, and alumni of the School of Business, will strategically position the School for the future, leveraging its greatest strengths in business with the assets of a premier, technology-focused institution.

The next dean must have a record of administrative responsibilities and accomplishments, qualifications for appointment as a tenured full professor at the Woody L. Hunt College of Business, and a terminal degree from an AACSB-accredited institution.

Quantitative Analysis of Markets and Organizations is an academic unit within the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. We are economists with common interests in the application of economics to business decision-making.

The Associate Dean, in collaboration with department chairs, faculty, and staff, coordinates or manages activities involving services for students in the College's degree programs, reviewing and revising the College's curricula, designing and operating assessment processes, and maintaining data bases for planning and decision-making in the College.
