The Director of the Division of Receipt and Referral serves as an important advisor to the Director, Center for Scientific Review; contributes to the development of major policies affecting funding announcements and the receipt, referral and review of research grant applications; provides advice and consultation to NIH and other HHS components and grantee institutions; and establishes effective procedures to ensure program operations and obligations of government funds and other resources are rendered consistent with statutory and regulatory requirements and within limitations imposed by DHHS and Executive Branch policies.

The next dean will inspire innovation and advance a shared vision for the Perdue School’s future, working to identify opportunities to increase student enrollment in a rapidly changing higher education landscape.

The Data Science Strategist will advise the Division’s data and analytics efforts, including a range of collaborative data science projects and cooperative agreements conducted with partners across NIA and the NIH.

This position offers a unique and exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader to provide overall executive direction and scientific leadership to transform NLM into an epicenter for health-related data science and be a convening hub relevant to data science and analytics and training at NIH.
