The Program Services Coordinator in the Career Readiness and Job Placement Program assists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of services, such as student recruitment, orientation, job skills assessments and job placement, special events, tours, individual and specialized programs and other support for current and potential program participants.

The Executive Director assumes responsibility for all operations of the NBCCOC including programs and services, the supervision of staff, development and administration of budget, the recruitment of and outreach to the targeted service population and community partnership development and other relevant collaborations, operational evaluation, and preparation of required reports for a diverse array of stakeholders.

In collaboration with the Executive Office the Regional Liaison is responsible for developing and managing Alliance undergraduate and graduate programs administered regionally in partnership with Leadership Alliance institutions in the region.

Under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor, develop employment opportunities for students and provide career and professional development services to students.

The Director is responsible for visioning, planning, and directing career and workforce education programming; reviewing grant opportunities and facilitating the writing of appropriate grants.

The Student Exploration Manager will provide critical operational support for the SPRINT program, including process and system management, student applicant and awardee communications, and program assessment.

Reporting to the Director for Career Services, the Senior Associate Director for Career Services: Pacific Global provides exceptional career-related advising, programming and event support for Pacific's growing cadre of international students and alumni.
