This professional staff member counsels students and parents about financial aid programs, application procedures, and eligibility, and assists with problem resolution; serves as a resource and a liaison to Miami's One-Stop staff and management; uses technical knowledge of federal and state student aid programs to ensure compliance and accuracy; determines and verifies student eligibility for financial assistance; and assists with outreach activities.

Bursar Coordinator

This professional staff member is responsible for the collection of past due student accounts in accordance with Miami University’s accepted procedures and policies, and the management of inquiries from students and families (written and verbal) concerning the validity of the debt.

Coordinator, Enrollment Management Operations

As a member of the Operations unit in Enrollment Management and Student Success, this position will assist in the processing of Miami University’s prospect and inquiry data and admission applications, support Slate users university-wide, and may occasionally provide direct support to students or parents.
