The Principal Investigator will investigate complaints alleging violations of the University's policies prohibiting harassment and discrimination on the basis of a protected class, including sexual harassment, sexual violence and other sex-based harassment and discrimination for all UC locations.

The Associate Vice President for Institutional Equity, Accessibility and Compliance has direct oversight of and responsibility for compliance with University policies and procedures, as well as and with federal, state and local laws related to discrimination and harassment, sexual and gender-based harassment and violence (Title IX), and disabilities resources and accommodations.
