The Vice President of Student Affairs is the senior student affairs officer and serves as the strategic advisor in providing direction and guidance for advancing and supporting the University’s priorities as they relate to the student experience.

The Vice President of Student Affairs serves as the Chief Student Development Officer and is responsible for the overall design, organization, delivery, supervision, evaluation, and fiscal management of a comprehensive student development program charged with promoting and delivering programs and services that enhance student and staff success, achievement, and retention.

The director of the Strategic African American Retention Initiative provides academic advising, academic intervention, case management, and academic programs to engage students with their university experience in multiple and meaningful ways.

Provides administrative support to the office of the Executive Director of Student Development and Engagement, and the offices that are under the Student Development and Engagement umbrella, Office of Social Change and Intercultural Engagement, and the Women and LGBT Center.

Reporting to the Operations and Student Affairs Manager, this shared position provides high level administrative support to the Offices of Medical Education and the Office of Student Affairs.

The Student Affairs Coordinator provides support for the management of undergraduate and doctoral programs in the Department of Computer Science.
