Instructor (Non-Contract/Temporary) provides comprehensive classroom instruction to students from diverse backgrounds for the purpose of facilitating the attainment of their academic or vocational objectives.

Performs a variety of complex and responsible clerical, record keeping, profiling, and reporting or other support. Assignments are usually in a senior role at the large department level, or equivalent size of specialized department, or educational program.

Plans, supervises, assesses, and evaluates counseling programs and services in the Division that meet the needs of a highly diverse urban student population.
