Student Services

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform specialized clerical duties in a student services area such as registration, record maintenance, financial assistance, EOPS, veterans' benefits, disabled student services and counseling services.

Under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of technical and specialized duties related to student scholarship services and programs.

The Director serves as the primary liaison between TRIO College Programs and University administrators, and is responsible for administration, supervision, budgetary oversight, and day to day operations of Student Support Services and Ronald E. McNair Scholars Programs.

Serving as the chief student services administrator, the incumbent develops vision for and oversees student services and student life programs.

The Program Services Coordinator in the Undocumented Community Center supports and assists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of services, such as student recruitment, orientation, job skills assessments and job placement, special events, tours, individual and specialized programs and other support for current and potential program participants.

Serving as the chief student services administrator, the incumbent develops vision for and oversees student services and student life programs.

The Program Services Coordinator supports the NextUp Program and assists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of services, such as student recruitment, orientation, job skills assessments and job placement, special events, tours, individual and specialized programs and other support for current and potential program participants.

This position supports the student services, engagement, and academic support branches of the Center for Master’s Student Excellence in the School of Professional Studies.

Under the general supervision of the Student Success and Support Services Supervisor or higher-level administrator, organize and implement programs, services, and activities associated with the Student Success and Support Program.
