Under the general supervision of the Student Success and Support Services Supervisor or higher-level administrator, organize and implement programs, services, and activities associated with the Student Success and Support Program.

The Associate Dean & Associate Director plays a critical role in cultivating an inclusive and welcoming campus community by providing developmental advising and case management support services to Brown University undergraduate and graduate students.

The Program Services Coordinator in the Undocumented Community Center assists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of services, such as student recruitment, orientation, job skills assessments and job placement, special events, tours, individual and specialized programs and other support for current and potential program participants.

The Program Services Coordinator supports the NextUp Program and assists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of services, such as student recruitment, orientation, job skills assessments and job placement, special events, tours, individual and specialized programs and other support for current and potential program participants.

This is a key role that works with the larger team to provide direct support and technology consultations to the College community via hands-on, deskside help as well as phone, email, and remote support.

The Assistant Director of the First Year Experience is an essential member of the first-year experience team who will provide a holistic, guided, and positive experience for all first-year students, helping them transition to and successfully navigate their first year.
