The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry seeks an experienced and dynamic leader for the Senior Associate Dean for Equity and Inclusion role. This crucial role provides strategic and thought leadership on issues pertaining to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice for all students, faculty, and staff of the SMD.

Work with the Senior Associate Dean for Diversity and Academic Affairs and partner with other College leaders and stakeholders as needed, to develop and continually refine the vision and strategic planning for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the College of Engineering.

This role will provide guidance, leadership and support to the students served by the Center for Diversity and inclusion as well as the affinity organizations served by the CDI. The role will coordinate existing diversity initiatives, as well as partner with campus resources to develop, implement, and assess new approaches.
