The Department of Criminal Justice in the College of Community Innovation and Education at the University of Central Florida is seeking applications for multiple 9-month, non-tenure-earning, Instructor and/or Lecturer positions.

While all substantive areas of expertise will be considered, we are particularly interested in applicants whose research agenda is (a) informed by emerging technologies in criminology and criminal justice that ensure security, privacy, and the protection of civil rights; improve safety and community relations; and/or foster innovation in research and practice, or (b) crosses disciplinary boundaries (e.g., neuroscience, public health, psychology, genetics, education, public policy) to develop integrated knowledge for advancing research and addressing societal challenges.

While all substantive areas of expertise will be considered, we are particularly interested in applicants with research and teaching expertise in either (a) victimology (e.g., human trafficking) or (b) forensics (e.g., crime scene analytics, digital forensics).

The Director will serve as a senior leader within the division of Enrollment Management and will report to, and collaborate with, the Vice President for Enrollment Management in strategic and critical decision-making.

The Department of Counselor Education & School Psychology in the College of Community Innovation and Education at the University of Central Florida seeks a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as professor and department chair, a full-time 12-month, tenured position, anticipated to begin Summer 2025.
