As an integral member of the HGSE Professional Education team in our Social Impact and Lifelong Learning unit, the Associate Portfolio Director joins a dynamic group of colleagues focused on empowering educators to build competencies, skills, and networks necessary to have positive impact in the field of education.

The next Executive Director will join a highly respected unit that is poised for opportunities to innovate, grow impact, and enhance its reputation as an exemplary model for teaching and learning in the Southwest and beyond.

The Educational Media Producer, Editor is a member of a course development team within the Sheridan Center for Teaching and Learning whose work focuses on supporting high quality online learning experiences.

The next Dean will also work to position the CEHD as a leader in education and human development through innovative strategies and partnerships that address the current and future needs of the field.

The Executive Director leads the Sheridan Center for Teaching and Learning-encompassing academic support, assessment, educational development, digital learning, and online program development teams-and promotes a culture of evidence-based teaching at Brown that enables all learners to succeed.

The Dean has the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Borderlands region and its education, health, and socioeconomic outcomes while also contributing significantly to the teaching, service, and research efforts of the institution through thoughtful and strategic leadership and relationship building.
