Inclusion

The Director, Community Dialogue Project is a strategic leader responsible for advancing the university’s institutional priorities for student learning, inclusive community, and open inquiry through collaborations, programs, and services that support the development and use of skills for effective communication, dialogue, conflict resolution, and multipartial facilitation within the entire Brown University community.

Work with the Senior Associate Dean for Diversity and Academic Affairs and partner with other College leaders and stakeholders as needed, to develop and continually refine the vision and strategic planning for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the College of Engineering.

This role will provide guidance, leadership and support to the students served by the Center for Diversity and inclusion as well as the affinity organizations served by the CDI. The role will coordinate existing diversity initiatives, as well as partner with campus resources to develop, implement, and assess new approaches.
