The Success Navigator will provide individualized and programmatic support services which support the retention efforts of the university and enhance the educational experiences of all students.

The Student Success Support Coach is a temporary, nine-month, grant-funded position that reports to the Director for Academic Retention and Success Initiatives.

The Executive Director of the CSU Statewide Central Office for the Advancement of Black Student Success serves as the senior leader responsible for all aspects of directing and administering a system-wide central office on behalf of the 22-campus California State University.

Performs a variety of specialized technical duties in support of one or more programs that contain elements such as outreach, registration for courses, and targeted services to student and community groups.

The successful candidate will bring significant leadership experience in enrollment management and student success, with demonstrable accomplishments in both undergraduate and graduate contexts.
