The Vice President of Academic Affairs serves as the Chief Academic Officer of the college and is responsible for the overall design, organization, delivery, supervision, evaluation, and fiscal management of academic support services and programs of the college.

A Head Coach provides comprehensive instruction and leadership to student-athletes and has responsibility for the recruitment of student-athletes, team scheduling, programming, and public relations.

Instructional Lab Technician II - Chemistry performs complex technical work related to chemistry; oversees the operation and maintenance of a highly technical or complex instructional laboratory, including maintaining supplies, preparing laboratory equipment, reagents, and chemicals for class demonstrations and experiments.

Under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor, perform a wide variety of duties pertaining to the development, maintenance, and implementation of the college catalog, schedule of classes database, curriculum database, degree auditing system, and other instructional-related databases.

Under the direction of the Community College Police chain of command, enforce applicable federal, state, city, county and district laws, enforce rules and regulations governing use of college buildings and grounds; make arrests, write reports, testify in court, control traffic, control parking; patrol buildings, grounds and other properties of the college district; provide for the safety and protection of students, visitors, and personnel.
