Under the direction of the Vice Chancellor Business Services, supervise the daily operations of the payroll process for all District employees (approximately 3500); ensure the quality and consistency of all payroll activities.

Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations, plan, organize and supervise the overall custodial activities for an assigned campus; coordinate custodial activities with other maintenance and operations functions; train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.

The Vice President of Academic Affairs serves as the Chief Academic Officer of the college and is responsible for the overall design, organization, delivery, supervision, evaluation, and fiscal management of academic support services and programs of the college.
