The Department of Chicano Studies at Cerritos College is dedicated to the interdisciplinary study of the historical, cultural, social, and political experiences of Chicana/o/x, Latina/o/x, and other marginalized communities in the United States.

The Division of Kinesiology encompasses four departments (Athletics, Health Education, Kinesiology, Physical Education/Adapted PE), with a wide array of classes focusing on fitness and theory associated with our discipline.

The successful candidate for this position's primary teaching assignment will be composition and/or critical thinking classes for our general student population.

A successful candidate will be expected to teach a range of classes, such as, Elementary Statistics, Introductory Psychology, Introduction to Psychobiology, The Psychology of Oppression, Research Methods, Abnormal Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Critical Thinking in Psychology, and other Psychology classes.
