Case Western Reserve University, one of the nation's leading research universities, seeks an accomplished, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

The Vice Chancellor, Business and Administrative Services, serves as the District's Chief Business Officer and leads, plans, manages, organizes, and evaluates District business operations, systems, and processes.

Performs varied record keeping duties associated with the processing and completing accounting transactions, posting, assembling, and tabulating, and preparing data for financial statements using established formats.

The Administrative and Financial Assistant provides administrative and financial support to faculty in the Department of Computer Science and assists with supporting the department’s Undergraduate concentration program.

The Grants and Financial Coordinator provides high-level administrative pre-and post-award and financial services to the Department of Neuroscience as part of our grant/financial management team.

The Director of the Division of Receipt and Referral serves as an important advisor to the Director, Center for Scientific Review; contributes to the development of major policies affecting funding announcements and the receipt, referral and review of research grant applications; provides advice and consultation to NIH and other HHS components and grantee institutions; and establishes effective procedures to ensure program operations and obligations of government funds and other resources are rendered consistent with statutory and regulatory requirements and within limitations imposed by DHHS and Executive Branch policies.

The Grants and Financial Specialist provides comprehensive high-level grant and financial support for the Division of Biology and Medicine and provides guidance to Research Administration staff regarding allowability, and allocability of charges.

Reporting to the Dean and Executive Vice President, the COO is the chief administrative and financial officer of the Law Center, serving as a strategic thought partner to the Dean, Vice Dean, and other key stakeholders in support of Georgetown Law and the University’s mission. 

Reporting to the Executive Vice Chancellor, this position plans, organizes, controls and directs the business operations of the District.

The controller provides day to day oversight of accounting and business operations for San Francisco Bay University (SFBU) in keeping with GAAP, FASB, and best practices for non-profit institutions of higher education.

The Associate Director of Finance and Operations will be responsible for the direct management of several key accounting and reporting functions within the Department, including budget planning and forecasting, financial and regulatory reporting, and financial research and analysis.

A skilled financial strategist, the VP/CFO has oversight of the finance, payroll, student accounts, information technology services, food services, property management, and enterprise risk management functions of the College.

This Financial Coordinator processes financial transactions primarily performed in Workday. This position is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of, interpreting, and applying, applicable University policies.

The new vice president of Finance and Planning, chief financial officer, will bring advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting and financial management as applied within a state higher education or related environment and the expertise to provide direction to the financial services, budget and planning organizations of the Institute.

The Assistant Director of Administration and Finance manages the financial, administrative, and human resources operations for DSI, ensuring that financial and administrative practices conform to University policies.

Provides technical general ledger accounting services assuring accurate and timely budget and financial information that can be used for current and future financial and program decisions.

There are two vacant positions in the Office of Sponsored Projects. These vacancies will be filled from the same pool of candidates. The role of Grant/Contract Accountant I or Grant/Contract Accountant II will be offered based on the candidate’s match of qualifications to the job qualifications.

The Program Manager for the Native American and Indigenous Studies Initiative (NAISI) office manages the financial, administrative, and human resources operations for the Program, ensuring that financial and administrative practices conform to University policies.

Reporting to the President, the VPBF/CFO is the chief financial officer and oversees all business and finance operations: budget matters, investments and endowments, auxiliary services (including dining services, hotel, and conferencing activities), operation of the physical plant (including maintenance, campus master planning, and construction), risk and property management (including the college’s insurance programs), and human resources.

The financial coordinator is responsible for financial transactions primarily performed in Workday. This position is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of, interpreting and applying, applicable University policies as well as what is allowable per federal and grant guidelines.

The Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration will oversee budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and analysis, finances, accounting, treasury, and endowment.

The Grants and Financial Manager will provide high‐level comprehensive pre‐ and post-award management and financial services to the Institute at Brown for Environment and Society (IBES) faculty, staff, and students.

The VPFA advises the President on general University policies, with responsibilities to fiscal, business, public safety, and physical facilities matters.

Reporting to the President, the VPFA-CFO is the chief fiscal officer charged with the fiduciary integrity of the University and strategic leadership for all financial and physical resources.
