Financial Administration Jobs

Under the direction of the Supervisor of Accounting, coordinate and perform professional and technical responsibilities related to the District's financial operations.

Supervise, organize, and administer fiscal services for a college campus; ensure fiscal activities comply with District policies and procedures and the California Community Colleges' Budget and Accounting Manual; and serve as a primary technical resource to employees on a college campus.

The SVPFA will oversee a division with more than 700 employees and a comprehensive portfolio including all aspects of finance and treasury, business services, budgets and fiscal planning, capital planning and construction, facilities maintenance, human resources, sustainability planning, insurance, transportation, environmental health and safety, procurement and contracting, and public safety.

The VPA&F serves as Macalester College’s chief financial and administrative officer and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
